ALFARRASÍ INFO is an application from the Alfarrasí City Council, for communication and management of incidents in urban facilities and for citizen participation. It allows the citizens of Alfarrasí to directly notify the city hall in real time of various types of incidents, breakdowns or damages that can be found in the city.

A completely free service with which citizens contribute to the better functioning of municipal services, providing technicians with the information necessary to maintain the good condition of the municipality.

All occurrences are recorded, analyzed and forwarded to the responsible sector. Incident recording is done using geolocation to determine the location of the incident.

The same application includes a local news section and a calendar of municipal events and activities, a guide to companies and telephone numbers of interest and a section for inquiries and suggestions.
